For more than three decades, Kelly has partnered with executives and boards across local and national organizations to strengthen revenue strategy, align leadership, and build systems capable of sustaining meaningful impact. She has led multi-entity revenue portfolios, overseen advancement strategies spanning individual, institutional, and philanthropic support, and helped guide organizations through periods of accelerated growth and structural evolution, a time when the path forward feels both promising and uncertain.
She brings extensive experience partnering with boards and senior leadership teams to design structures that hold growth responsibly over time.
